brightest, and compete straight against vigorous programs at financial and
consulting firms specifically built to attract recruits.
Students can sight-see a career in insurance the same way they sight-see accounting, finance or marketing. It is a bold move, and we anticipate that by
taking this first, important step, we will motivate a similar commitment from noble
organizations to do their part and raise insurance as a core practice within
all the nation's higher business schools.
We must also look closely and make investments in lasting

competing firms have extensive programs in place to develop both their prized
recruits and present workforce. It is recommended our industry associations for
